InetBlocker prevents users from accessing websites based on criteria you specify, such as sexually explicit sites, MySpace, gambling sites and millions of other sites. Our filtering solution works by analyzing every website request to determine if the website violates your filtering rules, and if it does, the user receives a notification that site access is not allowed. If a user requires access to a blocked site, special access permission can be granted. Also, certain users, such as system administrators, can be excluded from the filtering system to allow them full internet access.
The InetBlocker website content filtering solution can be expanded to also protect against spyware, adware and viruses. By preventing the spyware programs from installing, our solution eliminates the hassle of continually removing spyware from network computers, thus saving administrators time and frustration.
